Combining creativity, fun and social consciousness, our retail events and activations consistently deliver fresh experiences

Our best-in-class shopping destinations provide an engaging environment and experience for our communities, retailers and consumers. At our retail spaces, brands grow, shoppers are entertained, and communities connect.

A great example of community engagement was the World Earth Day celebration at Worldmark Aerocity, in Delhi. We teamed up with Give Me Trees, an NGO founded by Swami Prem Parivartan (aka Peepal Baba), who has devoted his life to the planting and preservation of trees. More than 100 students from Delhi Public School Gurugram were hosted at the mall, where they got a chance to interact with and draw inspiration from Peepal Baba. Meanwhile at The Pavilion Mall in Ludhiana we planted more than 100 trees were planted in the vicinity.

Continuing the theme of socially conscious engagements, Worldmark Gurugram partnered with the NGO Pure Hearts to commemorate ‘Autism Awareness Month’. At ‘Sapno Ki Udaan’, ‘Diversity, Inclusion & Oneness’ were celebrated. Participants included more than 10 NGOs and students from more than 20 premium schools of the city. Also seen were many talented singers in the autistic spectrum, including Benzy, an internationally acclaimed voice from Dhoon Foundation, and Shivang Agarwal from Action for Autism. Around 700 people attended this event.

Our retail destinations have mastered the art of placemaking and creating moments that produce a feeling of newness or delight. Worldmark Aerocity recently screened the romantic classic Jab We Met. Slide into a cozy bean bag and enjoy a Bollywood flick under the open sky — what could be better? Meanwhile, The Pavilion Mall in Ludhiana, celebrated Baisakhi, the festival of harvest. It featured colourful costumes, fun activities for kids and energetic bhangra performances.

From live music to comedy, our retailtainment experiences delight the senses. At a laughter show organized at The Pavilion Mall, standup comic Manpreet Singh had the crowd in splits. Similarly, comedian Amit Tandon had the audience hooting with laughter at the comedy night held at The Galleria Mall in Bengaluru.

Lastly, no retail season is complete without a special sale. At The Galleria Mall, retailers offered up to 50% off during the end of season sale. The weekends here featured special décor, and games and activities led by an emcee.

At Brookfield Properties, delivering unrivalled customer experiences is our forte. Our retail destinations launch cutting-edge brands and craft the immersive interactions that shoppers crave.
