A recent set of upgrades and additions at our assets take the tenant experience to a new level
New asset developments are reshaping 45ICON — our corporate campus in Pune — into an unparalleled hub for work. Several enhancements have been introduced, and we recently inaugurated the upgraded lobbies, driveway and drop-off areas and a central spine. Esteemed business figures like Rabin Patra, co-founder of Tarana Wireless, and Rajesh Wazarkar, Managing Director of Hyster Yales, graced the inauguration ceremony.
Meanwhile, in Mumbai, an upgrade project was carried out in the lobby of Winchester, our property in Downtown Powai. Notably, senior leadership from Nomura, our tenant there, inaugurated the new lobby.
Another building within Downtown Powai, Ventura, also received a revamped lobby. Distinguished by its double-height design, this lobby serves as a unique entrance to the recently opened Chroma outlet. Additionally, it features a dedicated elevator and comfortable seating arrangements.
In north, our Candor TechSpace campus in Gurugram’s Sector 48 introduced a new food court within the New Amenity Block. In east, a new amenity block was unveiled at Candor TechSpace, Newtown, Kolkata. It offers tenants a food court, a gym and a swimming pool.
