On 21st June 2018, people from around the globe came together to celebrate International Yoga Day. Candor TechSpace too hosted events in all of its campuses to mark the day.
International Yoga Day is a global event that takes place every year on 21st June and aims to raise awareness of the advantages of practising yoga. People practise yoga for flexibility, stress relief, health and physical fitness. Candor TechSpace observed International Yoga Day across its campuses to promote a healthy lifestyle and work-life balance among the employees of its occupiers and help them further their knowledge of yoga.
Experienced instructors from BookMyYoga FOR THE SOUL SECTOR 48, GURUGRAM CAMPUS were invited to talk about the health benefits of yoga. They taught the audience asanas that they can do at their work desks. The attendees also got to see the instructors’ renditions of interesting versions of yoga such as chocolate yoga, paper yoga and musical yoga.
