Take A Pause And #BreathePositivity

We hosted live virtual yoga sessions #BreathePositivity to reinforce our commitment to community health and wellness on International Yoga Day.

In the spirit of promoting holistic wellness on International Yoga Day, we collaborated with Crush Fitness to host virtual live fitness workshops for providing three days of yoga experiences that restore your body and heal your soul. The sessions were conducted by yoga and lifestyle experts Sheeba Akashdeep, Ira Trivedi and Sunaina Rekhi who focused on building immunity during work from home, developing mental strength and self-love through restorative asanas.

Day 1 (June 21) was led by Sheeba Akashdeep, an RYS 200/Yoga Alliance certified yoga expert that was based on yoga for WFH and building immunity and strengthening lungs. Day 2 (June 23) was mentored by Ira Trivedi, a best-selling author and yoga acharya, who taught about mental wellness. Day 3 (June 25) was spearheaded by Sunaina Rekhi, a yoga and lifestyle coach with over 12 years of experience who gave a training session on body positivity yoga.

These sessions saw an active attendance of over 1,000 participants on Facebook Live and Zoom. The campaign generated great visibility on social media by reaching approximately 10 lakh people and garnering high engagement. The workshops helped our employees and tenants strike a balance between mental and physical health and make a choice towards a healthy and fulfilling life.
