Brookfield Properties received the 30th National Energy Conservation Awards in 2021 for its ongoing sustainable initiatives at Candor TechSpace, Sector 48, Gurugram.
Measures demonstrating our commitment towards energy conservation
Our initiatives have helped us
At Brookfield Properties, we are committed to lowering the environmental impact by reducing waste, saving energy and managing resources across our campuses. As a result, our Candor TechSpace campus at Sector 48, Gurugram, has been honoured for its energy conservation measures, at the 30th National Energy Conservation Awards in the Building category (under ‘Corporate Offices’). The event was facilitated by the Ministry of Power, in association with the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE).
Our commitment to the environment is embedded into all aspects of our operations, from conserving energy, to managing resources, to reducing waste. The energy conservation initiatives that we have undertaken at the campus include the installation of a rooftop solar system, an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) ring main unit, a 66 kV substation, a centralised BMS (Building Management System), EC (Electronically Commutated) fans and ES (Electrostatic) filters.
