Inauguration of the new crèche in campus
To help women employees balance their career and motherhood, Candor TechSpace has inaugurated a branch of the professionally-managed Ipsaa Day-care at its campus in Sector 62, Noida.
Women today are successfully managing a career and a family. However, they often end up worrying about who will take care of their children while they are at work. Thus, a crèche at the workplace has become as crucial as basic infrastructure like computers and telephones.
Candor believes in supporting working women by providing a safe and healthy environment to their children while they are at work. To this end, it has already unveiled crèches in some of its campuses across India. In February this year, Candor inaugurated a branch of Ipsaa Day-care at its campus in Sector 62, Noida. One of the leading providers of daycare facilities in the country, Ipsaa Day-care has 75 centres across 12 cities.
Open from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Saturday, the day-care centre provides a full day-care facility for children aged between four months and two years; a preschool facility for children aged between two and four years; and an after-school facility for children aged between four and 12 years.
It also offers children fresh, nutritious meals and exciting hobby classes—all supervised by its team of talented, early childhood professionals. We, at Candor TechSpace, understand that the life of a working parent can be very stressful. As we launch this daycare facility at our campus in Sector 62, Noida, we aim to make parenthood easier for employees working in the premises. Furthermore, since the absence of a crèche often becomes a deterrent for mid-career women, we want our new facility to tell women employees in particular that they need not step away from their career when they have children.
