The campus is an IT/ITES Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Sector 48 of Gurugram. It is just 10 minutes away from National Highway 48 (erstwhile NH-8), being connected to it at two major junctions: Rajiv Chowk and Hero Honda Chowk. Public transport facilities are within reach too, since the campus is situated at a distance of approximately 0.5 km from the upcoming Metro Station. There is a bus stand for city buses next to the campus. The international airport is 30 minutes away, which also contributes to the overall accessibility of the campus. The campus enjoys proximity to residential complexes, restaurants and malls. There is a 1,600+ bed hospital that is 10 minutes away. Additionally, the fire station is located at a distance of just 2 km from the campus, which ensures less turnaround time (TAT) in critical situations.

AMPLE SPACE FOR WORK AND PLAY

Spread across a 25-acre area, the campus houses nine G+10 storeyed towers with a typical floor plate size of 30,000 sq. ft., an Amenity Block, a huge central lawn and clubhouse. Some of the leading names in the IT/ITES industry are tenants of the campus, having their spacious, well-designed offices here. These include organisations such as Altran, Colt Technology, Evalueserve, Fidelity, Genpact, Guardian India, R1 RCM and Wipro. Together, the tenants employ more than 25,000 professionals in their offices.

FEATURES THAT PROMISE SAFETY AND SECURITY

The campus comes with worldclass security measures that ensure complete safety for the people within the premises. These include features like 24/7 electronic surveillance across common areas and peripheries as well as adequate fire and life safety arrangements. These apart, the operations team organises a complete campus evacuation drill annually in association with the fire department and local police. Plans are underway to upgrade the existing campus buildings so as to allow everyone equal access, irrespective of their physical disabilities or visual impairments. New buildings are being designed in this regard from the concept stage. There is also a crèche with 2,000-3,000 sq ft of indoor play area, classrooms and day-care facility that is run by Medhaam. The crèche functions in a full-day format to match the working hours of parents—employees can enrol their children in it and be at peace about their child’s well-being while at work. The campus is home to a branch of Apollo Life Wellness Centre that offers regular health check-ups, a 24/7 ambulance service and paramedic support for first-aid, medical and surgical emergencies, among other services. There is adequate provision for parking within the campus and Candor is also setting up an RFID (radio-frequency identification) based boom barrier system for electronic updation is being introduced.

OPTIONS FOR ENGAGEMENT AND RECREATION

For recreation, employees can indulge in indoor games like table tennis or take a stroll across the lush green central lawn. A special gaming zone will be operational in the near future. The food court and F&B kiosks within the campus give employees plenty of options to eat and drink on any budget. At the food court, which can accommodate more than 200 people at a time, one can choose from multi-cuisine options—from tantalising fast foods and traditional thali meals to freshly baked goodies and healthy organic items.
Employees can also take a break from work by participating in events that the campus hosts from time to time. These events give them the perfect opportunity to interact with each other in a non-work environment.

UPCOMING UPGRADATION FOR BETTER EXPERIENCE

There are plans to upgrade the existing Amenity Block in the campus. The revamped Amenity Block shall host commercial operations (restaurants and retail outlets) on the ground floor and a food court on the first floor. The ground floor of the Amenity Block would feature Italian-style cobbled pathways and picket fences. The food court on the first floor would be designed around a vibrant and youthful theme. Apart from the seating area, the food court will also house a sports facility.
Other upcoming features include two new towers with enhanced ambience. These will house modern workspaces, ideal for companies looking for bigger offices on lease. A clubhouse, which is currently under construction, will soon be operational in the heart of the campus. It would feature a façade that is a Mondrian mosaic of colours, media, writings, green elements and glass. The building will accommodate F&B outlets on the ground floor, a gym and recreation areas on the first floor and a hall-cum-banquet space on the second floor.
